Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead / Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (CDP).

The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performing solutions, integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure Data Services and other platforms to drive customer engagement and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (CDP) in production environments.
  • Design and develop scalable architectures within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure Data Services, Power Platform, and marketing automation tools.
  • Oversee data modeling, ETL processes, segmentation, and audience creation.
  • Manage data mapping, transformation, and identity resolution processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including CRM/CE and data integration components.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (CDP).
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL, and customer segmentation.
  • Experience with Azure Data Services and Power Platform integration.
  • Proficiency in data transformation and identity resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and their integration with Dynamics 365.
