MRO & Indirect Procurement Buyer

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of maintenance, repair, and operating supplies (MRO).
• Minimize downtime by ensuring part availability while driving cost‑saving initiatives across indirect spending categories.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to establish optimal inventory levels.
• Manage the "order-to-pay" cycle and address procurement requests.
• Analyze spend data and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in procurement, specifically in MRO or indirect spending within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel (data analysis).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
