Overview
Location: Robbinsdale, MN
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform imaging procedures in a safe and efficient way for all types of patients, including babies, children, adults, and older adults.
- Conduct imaging exams accurately and use critical thinking when needed.
- Identify emergency situations and respond appropriately.
- Keep accurate medical records for patients and ensure their privacy.
- Use imaging and hospital computer systems properly.
- Interact with doctors, team members, patients, and their families in a professional manner.
- Have access to medications that are suitable for your job duties.
- Take on other tasks as needed to help the organization reach its goals.
- Show that you have the necessary skills and keep them up to date, including learning new skills when needed.
Basic Requirements
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent - Required; Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program - Required
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a specific area (like CT, MR, Cath Lab, or Interventional Radiology) - Preferred
- Licensure/Certification: Must be an ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist - Required; Must have current BLS Certification - Required; ACLS certification is only required for the Cath Lab.
- Certification Requirements: ACLS; ARRT; BLS
