Role: MRI Technologist responsible for performing high-quality MRI examinations, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and care.

Key Duties

  • Operate advanced MRI equipment following established protocols
  • Perform safety screenings, verify patient details, and assess implant compatibility
  • Prepare, educate, and monitor patients throughout procedures
  • Administer contrast agents and monitor for adverse reactions
  • Optimize scan quality, review images, and ensure proper documentation
  • Follow safety standards and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams
  • Support workflow, quality improvement, and equipment maintenance
  • Assist with patient scheduling and staff training

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum one year of MRI experience
  • ARRT certification in MRI and Montana Radiologic Technologist license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Knowledge of MRI principles, safety, contrast administration, and implant screening
  • Proficiency with EMR, PACS, and computer systems
  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and multitasking skills
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and organized
