Job Description
Work Schedule: Full Time, Friday: 1:30pm - Midnight; Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am - 11:30pm
- Notifies appropriate personnel when inventory is low.
- Positions patients accurately and comfortably using appropriate immobilization and coil placement techniques to ensure high-quality imaging.
- Prepares and administers IV contrast material following safety guidelines and monitors patients for adverse reactions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with people of various diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of MRI procedures.
- Knowledge of MRI scanners.
- Ability to learn and grow with new technology.
Education
- Associate Preferred.
- High School Grad or Equiv Required.
Work Experience
- 1+ years experience in radiology and completion of MRI training program Preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required.
- Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging (R.T.(MR)ARRT)) Required OR
- Registered MRI Technologist (ARMRIT) Required.
Pay Range: $27.21 - $50.60
