Job Title

MRI Technologist I

Position Summary

Performs magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations to demonstrate anatomy for interpretation and/or intervention by, or at the request of a licensed practitioner. Ensures patient safety and comfort during care, and reviews images to provide quality diagnostic imaging.

Responsibilities

Float between Georgetown and San Marcos locations.

Desired Professional Skills and Experience

  • Graduate of recognized, approved AMA council of Education program in radiological technology; Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) is required.
  • Requires current CPR and AED certification; MR registry through the ARRT will be required within six months of hire date.

Bonuses and Relocation

Sign‑on bonus of $13,000 for external applicants. This position may be eligible for a $2,000 relocation assistance bonus.
