We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist Team Lead to support high‑volume outpatient imaging centers in Charlottesville, VA .
Role Overview
This role is ideal for a motivated MRI technologist who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, supporting patient flow, and leading daily operations while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist MRI technologists during exams
- Serve as a patient liaison to address concerns and ensure a smooth exam process
- Support departmental workflow, service recovery, and effective staff communication to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Lead daily operations and help grow leadership skills within a large, collaborative MRI team
Qualifications
- Minimum associate's degree in Radiology or completion of an accredited two‑year radiology program
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography or with the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMIT)
- Valid ARRT or ARMIT registration, with MR advanced registration required upon hire for IDTF centers or within the first 12 months for non‑IDTF centers
- Must meet state licensure requirements for the state in which they practice
