We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join a healthcare team in a full-time, permanent role.

Responsibilities Include

  • Operating MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Interpreting physicians’ scanning instructions and preparing patients for MRI and MRA procedures.
  • Performing quality assurance to maintain accreditation standards.
  • Transmitting images to PACS and managing documentation.
  • Entering orders, verifying billing accuracy, and maintaining equipment inventory.
  • Troubleshooting MRI equipment and coordinating with service engineers.
  • Providing patient care and effective communication with clinical staff.
  • Participating in department meetings and adhering to safety and compliance protocols.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Current ARRT certification in Radiography or MRI, with advanced MRI certification and Ohio licensure.
  • BLS certification.
  • Hospital-based MRI and MRA experience, including call rotations.
  • Proficiency in image transmission, documentation, and billing verification.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and basic clerical skills.
  • Ability to perform quality assurance and troubleshoot MRI equipment.

  • Managing inventory and ensuring operational efficiency.
