MRI Technologist

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
• Call: Rotating on-call nights and weekends shared with other MRI Technologists
• Workload: Primarily outpatient with minimal callbacks

About the Role

We are seeking an MRI Technologist to join a collaborative imaging team in Fayetteville, GA. This position offers a predominantly outpatient workload, a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule, and the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

What You'll Do

• Perform MRI examinations in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
• Prepare, position, and monitor patients throughout their exams
• Operate MRI equipment and obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, comfort, and overall experience
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other members of the care team
• Follow department policies, MRI safety procedures, and documentation requirements
• Help maintain efficient patient flow within the imaging department

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program approved by the appropriate recognized accrediting body
• ARRT registration in Radiography (R) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR)
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain ARRT continuing education requirements, including completion of required CME/continuing education hours
• Two or more years of post-graduation experience in a major hospital environment is strongly preferred
