The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing MRI examinations with proficiency, utilizing various pulse sequences and surface coils. The MRI Technologist maintains and operates equipment in a safe and professional manner, ensuring proper patient care with special emphasis on maintaining organizational values and standards of behavior.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology
- ARRT MR Certification eligible – (requires to become MR registered within 2 years of date of hire).
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology as it related to MRI imaging.
- Knowledge of hospital PAC’s system and associated image/sequence organization, and anatomical direction.
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task based on the situation
Preferred Qualifications
- ARRT MR Certification
- Minimum two years of experience
