Position: MRI Supervisor
Location: Multiple Campuses, City, State
Shift Details
This is a full-time leadership position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. This role entails providing operational leadership and support for a multi-campus MRI program.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily MRI operations across multiple campuses.
• Coordinate staffing, manage schedules, and plan operations effectively.
• Provide clinical support and perform MRI scans during staffing shortages.
• Manage patient flow and optimize scanner utilization.
• Ensure MRI safety and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct employee coaching, onboarding, and performance management.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nursing staff, anesthesia, and operational leadership.
• Identify and implement workflow improvement initiatives.
• Monitor quality metrics, patient experience, and departmental performance.

Requirements

• 8 years of MRI experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• ARMRIT or ARRT R-ARRT MR certification.
• Experience in venipuncture.
• Prior supervisory or charge experience.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills and excellent operational judgment.
• Extensive clinical expertise in MRI.
• Ability to balance supervisory responsibilities with hands-on clinical support.
• Experience managing multi-site imaging operations in a complex healthcare environment.
• Commitment to driving operational excellence.
