About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI scans on patients, following established protocols and ensuring patient safety.
- Prepare and position patients for scans, explaining the procedure and answering any questions.
- Operate MRI equipment and adjust settings to obtain high-quality images.
- Monitor patients during scans to ensure their comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and analyze scan results.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, scan details, and any adverse reactions or incidents.
Skills:
- Proficient in operating MRI equipment and software.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
