As a Tech Assistant, you will ensure patient comfort and optimize patient flow. This position performs patient care in a professional, individualized, and caring manner.
Additionally, you will:
- Facilitate patient flow in order to maintain patient schedules by getting patients ready for their exam (may assist patients in dressing/undressing).
- Work independently and steadily to ensure even flow of patients without delay or interruption. Inform patient and family of any delays.
- Fulfill organizational responsibilities as assigned, which may include: setting up instruments and equipment according to department protocol; cleaning exam/procedure rooms, instruments, and equipment between patient visits to maintain infection control.
- Calls and/or faxes STAT results to ordering clinician and enters documentation into RIS.

- High School diploma or GED
- A minimum of one (1) year related experience
- Customer service skills a must
