Role Overview:
This onsite Radiologic Technologist position specializes in MRI and CT imaging within a hospital setting. It involves providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and precepting new staff to ensure proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Performing MRI and CT procedures following clinical standards.
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort during imaging.
- Maintaining equipment and adhering to safety protocols.
- Contributing to quality improvement and secure safety at the point of care.
- Precepting and mentoring new team members.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- Registered (RT) with ARRT in MRI and CT; licensed as required by law.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong technical skills in MRI and CT imaging.
- Excellent patient care and communication abilities.
