Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and manage staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and manage budgets and P&L statements.
- Enforce safety and operational procedures across the facility.
- Optimize processes, maintenance, logistics, and environmental compliance.
- Maintain communication with corporate offices and stakeholders.
Qualifications
