MRB Authority Track

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an MRB Engineer – Authority Track to evaluate non-conforming hardware, perform technical analyses, and develop disposition recommendations in support of Material Review Board (MRB) activities. This role partners closely with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure non-conformances are resolved in accordance with regulatory, customer, and company requirements. The individual will progressively assume responsibility for increasingly complex NCRs while advancing through the MRB authority certification process.

Skills and Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline ABET accredited

•5–7 years of engineering or manufacturing support experience

•Demonstrated progression toward MRB Authority

•U.S. Person eligible to complete Boeing PI Training •Previous Boeing experience strongly preferred

•Experience working with engineering drawings, models, and metadata

•Strong attention to detail

•Willingness to support one weekend per month
