In this advanced technical role, you will operate precision machining equipment, manage complex production schedules, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.Operate and maintain CNC mills, lathes, and conventional machining equipment to produce precision components according to specificationsRead, interpret, and analyze technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements and tolerancesPerform precision machining operations on various materials, ensuring components meet exact specifications and quality standardsConduct thorough quality inspections and measurements using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gaugesTroubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtimePerform routine maintenance and calibration of machine tools to ensure optimal performance and accuracyOptimize machining processes and tool selection to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivityMaintain detailed production records, work logs, and documentation for traceability and quality assurance purposesCollaborate with engineering, production planning, and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and improve processesAdhere to all workplace safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company safety standards to maintain a secure work environmentHourly Rate: $35.00-$36.00Excellent benefits include 9 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays, 3 weeks vacation, a weekly pay schedule, 401k and company health insurance plans, Education Assistance, a Wellness Program, and an Employee Assistance Program.
