Job TitleAAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Everett, WA that is a leading global aerospace company and top U.S. exporter, Boeing develops, manufactures and services commercial airplanes, defense products and space systems for customers in more than 150 countries.Essential FunctionsEvaluate parts, materials, processes, and equipment through research and testing to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with engineering specificationsPerform detailed failure analysis on composite and interior components to identify root causes and prevent recurrenceDevelop and execute test plans; collect, analyze, and document test data and resultsIdentify, categorize, and report defects, non-conformances, and failure trendsPropose, develop, and validate revisions to processes, procedures, and material specificationsDetermine suitability and airworthiness of composite materials and repair processesSupport continuous improvement initiatives by designing, developing, testing, and implementing new technologies and methodsCoordinate with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical and quality issuesProvide technical expertise and consultation to internal teams and external stakeholdersRequirementsAssociate's Degree (AA) in a technical field (Engineering Technology, Aviation Maintenance, Materials Science, or related)Experience working with composite materials, aircraft structures, or MRO environments preferredFamiliarity with testing methods, failure analysis, and root cause investigation
