Moving Operations Specialist

Serving as the primary point of contact for the agent network and third-party services, the part-time Moving Operations Specialist will manage escalations, perform system audits for compliance, and provide allocation recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction in a virtual setting. Key responsibilities Manage escalations and ensure compliance of the agent network through system audits Act as the main liaison for SIRVA Relocation and the agent network throughout the relocation process Collaborate with team members to optimize customer experience and document all interactions with agents Required qualifications Associate's degree or business diploma required (or equivalent experience) Domestic Household Goods background preferred Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with outstanding communication abilities
