Moving Operations Specialist

Serving as the primary point of contact for the agent network and third-party services, the full-time Moving Operations Specialist will manage escalations, perform system audits for compliance, and provide allocation recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction in a virtual environment. Key responsibilities Manage escalations and ensure compliance within the agent network Oversee cost controls and approvals for exceptions and third-party costs Document interactions with agents and collaborate with team members to improve customer experiences Required qualifications Associate's degree or business diploma required (or equivalent experience) Domestic Household Goods background preferred Exceptional customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with analytical and problem-solving skills
