What You'll Earn This isn't a flat-rate grind. Your paycheck reflects your effort:
- Base pay: $17–$26/hr depending on role and experience
- Tips: +$7–$10/hr on average — paid by real customers who appreciate real work
- Weekly & monthly bonuses on top of that
- Paid training — you earn while you learn
- Do the math: a full-time driver at the mid-range can realistically clear $35+/hr in total compensation. That's moving industry money.

Driver Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid U.S. driver's license with no major infractions (DUI, reckless operation, etc.) in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years; no more than 2 accidents in the past 3 years
- Able to lift, maneuver, and handle household and office furniture up to 100 lbs unassisted
- Service-minded — you care about doing the job right, not just getting it done
