Northwell Health is seeking BC/BE full-time Movement Disorders Physicians to join its rapidly expanding Department of Neurology. This role involves providing superb clinical care, participating in innovative care models, engaging in collaborative research, leading progressive community programs, and contributing to the teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows. Join a multidisciplinary team within one of the largest Parkinson's and Movement Disorders programs in the Northeast.

- The Parkinson's and Movement Disorders program is among the largest in the Northeast, providing comprehensive medical, rehabilitative, and surgical care.
- The surgical program includes an active deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) program and High-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU).
- The multidisciplinary team includes specialty-trained, board-certified neurologists and neurosurgeons, as well as nurse practitioners, nurses, neuropsychologists, and social workers.
- The Center closely collaborates with Northwell's Rehabilitation Network, including occupational, physical, speech, and other therapists.
- A unique, dedicated, and specialized 12-bed Parkinson's and movement disorders inpatient unit at Glen Cove Hospital offers advanced rehabilitation services and medical and surgical optimization.
- The Department of Neurology has seen tremendous growth over the past five years across all regions, with the goal of providing comprehensive, integrated health care and wellness services.

Compensation
- Competitive salaries with annual incentive compensation bonus
- Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125,000 to $750,000

Requirements
- D. Degree from an accredited institution (ACGME or foreign program that is similarly appropriately accredited)
- Completion of Neurology residency and Movement Disorders fellowship
- Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed as a physician in the State of New York
