Practice Info
- Outpatient clinic setting
- Specializes in diagnosing and treating PD, Essential tremor, Huntington's Disease, MSA, PSP, Dystonia, and other movement disorders
- Supports with general neurologic care
- Offers in-clinic Botulinum Toxin Injections
- Serves patients ages 18 and older
- Utilizes System wide EPIC EMR
Responsibilities
- Specialize in and diagnose PD, Essential tremor, Huntington's Disease, MSA, PSP, Dystonia plus more
- Support with general neurologic care
- Perform in clinic Botulinum Toxin Injections
- Conduct clinic visits including assessment, neurological exam, and medication reconciliation
- Treat chronic illnesses as needed
- Provide individual education to patients/families
- See patients with a variety of general neurologic conditions
- Opportunity for research and/or family medicine residency teaching

Requirements
- Candidate must be board certified or eligible
