Motor Winder
Responsible for all aspects of motor winding operations in support of the motor assembly process and overall production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform winding preparation activities and motor winding operations.
- Complete motor winding connections and cable splicing as required.
- Operate electrical test equipment to verify product quality and performance.
- Support assembly operations and perform general labor duties as needed.
- Maintain a safe work environment while following operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Read and interpret work instructions, maintenance procedures, and safety documentation.
- Perform repetitive hands-on tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive work.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Experience using electrical testing equipment and motor winding machinery.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
