This position has the potential to go permanent if the candidate is the right fit.Responsibilities:Complete QC auditsDemonstrate a strong knowledge of Agency underwriting guidelines, DU and LPDemonstrate a working knowledge of Compliance requirements (Truth in Lending, RESPA, HMDA, ECOA)Knowledge of mortgage documentationKnowledge of document red flags and fraud indicatorsQualifications:Possess broad scope of underwriting knowledge and skillsMinimum of 5 years of front-line underwriting experienceStrong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communications skillsMust live in close proximity to Morrestown, NJ area only or be willing to relocate at own expense.
