Job Title: Mortgage Servicing Specialist
Location: West Des Moines, IA 50266
Contract Length: 12 Months
Hybrid Work
Pay: 29.54 per hr on W2
Position Summary
Seeking a Mortgage Servicing Specialist with knowledge of mortgage servicing sales and/or acquisitions within Home Lending, working knowledge of MSP, and experience with data structure, formatting, mapping, translation, and conversion.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, project management, and relationship-building skills, along with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Mortgage servicing sales and/or acquisitions knowledge within Home Lending.
- Working knowledge of MSP.
- Experience with data structure, formatting, mapping, translation, and conversion.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Proficiency with Microsoft OneNote, Excel, Outlook, and Skype.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability.
- Project management experience, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and partnering to successfully complete initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building and relationship-management skills.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with internal and external partners and vendors.
