Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, to include Principal lending management roles. You must have extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners to be considered for this position. Employment with PRMI requires compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies. Knowledgeable of, and committed to, QC compliance. Leadership skills evolving from a passion for sales accomplishment, team development, training, and practice growth. Familiarity with Accounting terms and procedures (e.g. debits, credits, General Ledgers, etc.)
