What You’ll Do

Own the success of your branch (and any satellite locations) by driving production, profitability, and team performance. You’ll operate with autonomy while aligning with PRMI’s values and growth strategy.

• Lead and grow branch production, market share, and profitability
• Recruit, develop, and retain top-producing Loan Originators and staff
• Build and execute a local business plan based on market opportunities
• Coach and mentor your team to maximize performance and accountability
• Oversee branch operations, compliance, and customer experience
• Manage P&L, budgets, and financial performance
• Foster a strong, collaborative, and high-integrity culture
• Serve as a brand ambassador in your market

If You Originate

• Advise clients on mortgage solutions tailored to their financial goals
• Analyze borrower financials, credit, and collateral
• Drive personal production while leading the team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven mortgage leadership or high-level production experience
• Strong business development and self-generated pipeline
• Ability to lead, coach, and scale a team
• Solid understanding of financials, operations, and compliance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of Loan Originating Experience
