PRMI in Des Moines, IA is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and keep originations active. You’ll recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, shape branch culture and drive P&L growth, while operations support stays with processing and underwriting.

This role rewards production with a base salary from your history plus commissions, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits, while you continue to originate and grow the branch in a fast-moving market.
