Combining traditional processing and underwriting responsibilities, the full-time remote Mortgage Processor Underwriter will review Knock Bridge Loans for accuracy and compliance while providing high-level customer service and managing multiple loans simultaneously. Key responsibilities Calculate advance amounts for Knock Bridge Loans and condition loan files based on documentation Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding loan status and approvals Manage a daily pipeline of loans while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations Required qualifications Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor or Junior Underwriter Strong understanding of underwriting processes and lending systems High school diploma or equivalent experience Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated success in a fully remote work setting
