Mortgage ProcessorWe are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Processor to join our team! You'll play a critical role in the loan process, ensuring mortgage applications are complete, compliant, and ready for underwriting and closing.Responsibilities:Collect and verify documents (income, credit reports, appraisals, etc.).Prepare and organize loan applications and file packages.Act as a liaison between applicants, loan officers, underwriters, and other parties.Ensure compliance with lending guidelines and regulatory policies.Manage deadlines to keep the process on track.Provide updates and maintain detailed documentation throughout the process.Qualifications:Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.Knowledge of loan processes and compliance requirements.Ability to work collaboratively with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership goals, we'd love to hear from you!Please Note:This is an in-office position based in one of our local real estate offices in the Lehigh Valley area.
