Managing the full processing lifecycle of complex residential loan files, the full-time Mortgage Loan Processor III will ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant file management while collaborating closely with Loan Originators, Underwriters, and Closers in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Review and validate new loan files and disclosures within 48 hours Analyze income, assets, and documentation promptly to submit complete files to underwriting Maintain an accurate pipeline in Encompass and proactively communicate with stakeholders Required qualifications 5+ years of mortgage processing experience Strong proficiency in Encompass software Experience with Conventional, FHA, and VA loans Ability to manage a pipeline with speed and accuracy
