To support a growing remote team, the full-time NMLS Licensed Loan Processor will manage a large pipeline of home equity loan applications, ensuring thorough documentation review and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Manage a large pipeline of applications while meeting production and service level agreements Conduct thorough application reviews, including documentation collection and income calculations, while providing timely updates to customers Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring all inquiries are addressed within established timeframes Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience Minimum of 2 years of customer contact experience Must be State NMLS licensed and have passed the Uniform State Test Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed Experience in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
