Mortgage ProcessorSparks Group has teamed up with a boutique mortgage broker and lender looking for a detail-driven Mortgage Processor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment—this is the kind of role that keeps you sharp and challenged. We're seeking someone with 3+ years of experience who can confidently own files from disclosures to close.
Experience in the broker/wholesale channel is a strong plus. This is an on-site position. Interested candidates should apply for immediate consideration. 100% on site.What You'll Be Doing:Managing files end-to-end once disclosures are outReviewing full loan packages (1003, income, assets, credit, contracts, etc.)Submitting clean files to underwriting within 24 hoursDriving conditions, coordinating appraisals, title, and insurance, and pushing files to CTCProactively communicating with borrowers, loan officers, and partnersMonitoring rate locks and ensuring on-time closingsMaintaining organization across systems (LendingPad/TPO)What Success Looks Like:Managing approximately 15 loans per month (up to 25 during peak periods)Building a strong understanding of guidelines within the first 30/60/90 daysConsistently meeting timelines and keeping loans on track to closeQualifications:3-years of experience preferred - but we are also looking for more than just experienceDegree is preferred but not requiredYou are articulate, polished, and professionalYou can confidently speak to guidelines, appraisals, and loan structureYou bring a high level of ownership, attention to detail, and critical thinkingTechnology: LendingPad - Preferred but not requiredPay Range: Salary $60,000.00 to $80,000.00We offer several comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, paid and unpaid time off, and retirement and savings plans to qualifying employees.
