Seeking a hands-on leader, the remote East Coast Processing Team Lead will manage a team of up to 10 senior processors, focusing on coaching, quality control, and pipeline oversight within a corporate processing operation. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day performance of the processing team, including coaching, training, and quality control Oversee pipeline and production by assigning files, monitoring turn times, and conducting weekly pipeline reviews Ensure quality and compliance by spot-checking files and reviewing documentation for adherence to regulations Required qualifications Leadership experience running a corporate/centralized processing team at a large independent mortgage banker (IMB) Proven track record managing 8-10+ processors, including performance management and coaching Strong knowledge of conventional, government, non-QM, and renovation lending Familiarity with RESPA, TILA, HMDA, and Reg B compliance regulations
