Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Operations Leader, located in downtown St. Petersburg, FL. The Mortgage Operations leader will oversee the daily operations of the various departments, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and comply with regulatory standards. The role includes managing staff, coordinating loan processing activities, developing and implementing procedures, and ensuring optimal customer service and satisfaction levels. This role reports to the national mortgage operations manager and will work to solve file level issues much of the day.
Qualifications
- Experience in mortgage operations, loan processing, underwriting, closing, and compliance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using mortgage software and other relevant technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal mortgage regulations
