This is an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your expertise will make a direct impact.What You'll Do:Process and prepare mortgage loan files from initial application to final approval.Ensure compliance with bank, investor, and regulatory guidelines while delivering top-tier customer service.Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, internal teams, and third-party providers, resolving inquiries and collecting critical documentation.Manage a high-volume pipeline (35+ active loans) with accuracy and efficiency.Leverage your advanced knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, FHA, and USDA programs.What We're Looking For:Education: College degree preferred.Experience: 2-5 years as a Mortgage Processor or Loan Officer Assistant.Technical Skills: Strong grasp of credit policies, underwriting, and closing procedures; Encompass LOS experience is a plus.Knowledge: Familiarity with Fair Housing Regulations preferred.Strengths: Exceptional multitasking, organization, and deadline management skills.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.No remote opportunities for this role.
