Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join our team. You will be responsible for reviewing and managing loan applications, verifying applicant information, and ensuring all loan documents are complete and accurate. A successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be detail‑oriented, and have a strong ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities
- Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Communicate with borrowers and loan officers to gather additional information as needed
- Prepare and submit loan files to underwriters for approval
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Collaborate with the team and 3rd parties to resolve any issues that arise during the loan process and drive the process forward
- Meet or exceed established production goals and deadlines
Qualifications
- Min. 2 years of experience with loan processing—specifically with investment purpose mortgages
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills
