This is the mortgage view of our lead Multi-Licensed Associate role — one posting whether you hold a mortgage, real-estate, or insurance license.
What you'll do
- Take applications across QM (conv/FHA/VA/USDA/Jumbo), Non-QM (DSCR, bank-statement, asset-depletion, ITIN, foreign national), and commercial/bridge.
- Quarterback documentation through clear-to-close with our underwriting coordinator.
- Build your pipeline with warm leads from Alliance's real-estate transactions.
Requirements
- Active NMLS license in at least one of FL, GA, MD, PA, or TX.
- 2+ years of originating production, or a proven sales background willing to pursue licensure.
- Comfort in modern software: our loan-origination platform, Microsoft 365, electronic-signature workflows.
- Clean credit and background for broker-sponsorship filings.
Compensation
Basis points of funded volume with tiered splits (70 → 85%+) based on monthly production. This is a commission-based, 1099 independent-contractor position. No desk fees, no technology fees.
