To support a growing remote team, the full-time NMLS Licensed Senior Loan Officer will originate and process real estate mortgage loans while building relationships with real estate agents and sourcing mortgage leads. Key responsibilities Source mortgage leads and develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans Analyze applicants' financial status and property evaluations to determine loan feasibility Explain loan options and terms to customers, ensuring complete loan applications with necessary documentation Required qualifications NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 Experience with retail product philosophy, policy, underwriting, and documentation Proven ability to proactively solicit new business Familiarity with Encompass software preferred Strong analytical skills to evaluate credit requests and market trends
