Mortgage Loan Compliance ManagerThe Disclosure/Compliance Specialist will follow written procedures to identify and accurately disclose/re-disclose any and all required disclosures within a compliant time frame for multiple loan types across all states.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Review incoming loan (pre and post closing) files for compliance and accuracy.Verify fees entered against settlement statement provided and information entered based on documentation provided (purchase contract, mortgage insurance, etc.).Identify and validate change of circumstances within allowable time frame.Disclose and re-disclose loans in accordance with state and regulatory rules.Communicate with loan team to obtain documentation/fees as applicable to disclosing.Generate accurate disclosures within mandatory time frames; maintain company-defined quality and quantity standards.Assist with dispositioning of cancelled/denied applications.Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting other team members and management as needed.Preferred Qualifications and Experience:Mortgage experience preferredEncompass experience preferredAbility to work in a fast paced fluid environmentProficient in Microsoft suite of products: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.Excellent communication skills both written and verbalHigh level of integrity and confidentiality required
