Mortgage Licensing Manager – Compliance & Leadership

Newrez is seeking a Manager – Licensing to supervise licensing staff, ensure compliance with federal and state licensing requirements, and drive efficiency across the organization. You will oversee data accuracy, licensing updates in NMLS, and coordination with senior management on risk and reporting.

This role requires strong mortgage licensing expertise, 6-8 years of experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects while maintaining excellent regulatory knowledge.
