Mortgage Licensing Analyst

Managing and maintaining company, branch, and individual MLO licensing through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS), the full-time remote Mortgage Licensing Analyst will oversee licensing applications, renewals, amendments, and regulatory reporting while ensuring compliance with state requirements. Key Responsibilities Oversee the complete licensing lifecycle for company and branch licenses, including applications, renewals, and amendments Manage the MLO licensing process, ensuring accurate tracking of individual licensing statuses and requirements Prepare and submit NMLS filings and regulatory documentation within established deadlines Required Qualifications Minimum of two years of experience with NMLS and mortgage licensing processes Hands-on experience using the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System for company and MLO filings Knowledge of MLO pre-licensing education and testing requirements Experience with surety bond requirements and regulatory compliance Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
