This organization offers a strong community presence and relationship-driven culture, providing the opportunity to make a direct impact in a growing market.Responsibilities:Originate residential real estate loans and grow a strong referral network.Build and maintain relationships with clients, realtors, and community partners.Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing.Structure loan solutions that align with customer financial goals.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal lending guidelines.Support overall growth of the bank's mortgage portfolio.Qualifications:5+ years of residential real estate lending experience.Strong knowledge of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines.Proven ability to generate new business and develop referral networks.Excellent relationship management and communication skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Knowledge of the Minnesota market is a plus.
