Managing an assigned pipeline of mortgage loans, the full-time remote Mortgage Insuring Analyst will conduct comprehensive post-closing reviews, ensure compliance with underwriting and mortgage insurance requirements, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and issues. Key Responsibilities Manage and review a pipeline of mortgage loans to ensure compliance with applicable guidelines and requirements Conduct detailed analyses of closed loan files, identifying discrepancies and potential compliance issues Collaborate with various teams to resolve post-closing issues and improve operational efficiency Required Qualifications High school diploma/GED or a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience At least 1 year of experience with mortgage insurance requirements and guidelines Proficiency in using Encompass or a similar mortgage loan origination system Experience interpreting DU and LP findings Strong understanding of mortgage loan documentation and post-closing processes
