Mortgage Disclosure Specialist

Supporting the West Coast region, the full-time remote Corporate Processing Disclosure Specialist will manage the generation and distribution of mortgage loan application disclosures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations such as TRID and ECOA. Key responsibilities: Assist in answering disclosure-related questions and maintain knowledge of relevant regulations Review and verify mortgage loan disclosures for accuracy and compliance with timelines Prepare and securely deliver early disclosure packages, adhering to federal regulations Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage production or lending activities Experience with Encompass LOS and understanding of state-specific disclosures Knowledge of mortgage disclosure formats and banking regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products
