Overseeing the loan closing and funding team, the full-time Mortgage Closing Supervisor will manage daily operations, ensure accurate loan closing packages, and maintain efficient member service while working remotely. Key responsibilities Supervise day-to-day activities of the loan closing and funding areas Prepare accurate loan closing packages within regulatory timelines and ensure timely loan fundings Provide training, coaching, and conduct team meetings to enhance team performance Required qualifications College degree in Business, Finance, Math, Accounting, or related field preferred 5+ years of lending experience and 3+ years of supervisory or management experience Knowledge of credit union operations focused on mortgage lending and relevant laws and regulations Proficiency in Symitar, Salesforce, Encompass, and Synergy Strong leadership abilities for coaching and developing team members
