Leading the mortgage loan closing teams, the full-time Mortgage Closing Manager will ensure process accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely completion of post-closing requirements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Directs the lending application process for mortgage loan closings, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service levels Develops closing schedules, assists settlement agents, and conducts post-close reviews to ensure compliance and quality Manages staff recruitment, training, and performance to improve loan closing processes and maintain accurate loan documentation Required qualifications High School Diploma; Bachelor of Arts preferred 5+ years of progressive experience in mortgage closing within a financial services organization 3-5 years of experience in mortgage closing, funding, or lending Extensive knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, USDA guidelines, and TRID compliance Experience in developing and implementing staff training programs is an asset
