PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage who will continue origination while building and leading a team. You’ll mentor loan officers, coach performance, and drive branch growth with a strong focus on production and profitability.

You’ll join a national lender with comprehensive processing, underwriting and back-office support, enabling you to scale your market share while maintaining your personal production and relationships with real estate partners.
