Proactively developing and maintaining a quality network of business relationships, the full-time California Licensed Loan Advisor will originate mortgage loans, interview customers to assess their loan needs, and achieve sales goals while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Originate mortgage loans in compliance with credit and underwriting requirements while ensuring adherence to industry regulations Achieve sales and referral goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience and managing referral relationships Participate in community efforts to promote home ownership and expand customer relationships to meet branch and personal goals Required qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC) required Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated networking and/or referral sales experience Experience in a self-generated/self-sourced sales environment preferred Mortgage industry experience preferred
